Microsoft ने उतारे दो नए बजट फोन्स

Microsoft ने दो नए बजट स्मार्टफोन्स Nokia 222 और Nokia 222 Dual SIM लांच कर दिए हैं। यह दोनों स्मार्टफोन्स सितम्बर की शुरूआत से चुनिन्दा मार्केट्स में उपलब्ध होंगे और सब्सिडीज व लोकल टैक्स के बिना $37,लगभग 2,450 रुपये की कीमत के साथ उपलब्ध होंगे। Nokia 222, पिछले साल लांच हुए Nokia 220 का सक्सेसर है।

Microsoft India ने अब Nokia 222 Dual SIM के लिस्ट किया है, तो इस बात को समझते हुए उम्मीद की जा सकती है कि कंपनी जल्दी ही भारत में डुअल सिम वैरिएंट फोन्स को लांच करेगी।

दोनों Nokia 222 और Nokia 222 Dual SIM फोन्स में एक जैसे स्पेसिफिकेशन्स हैं। सिर्फ dual-SIM functionality का फर्क है। दोनों हैंडसेट्स माइक्रो-सिम कार्ड्स को सपोर्ट करते हैं और दोनों ही Nokia Series 30+ OS पर रन करते हैं।

Microsoft ने बताया कि नया Nokia 222 और Nokia 222 Dual SIM, 45 घंटे तक के लिए एफएम रेडियो प्लेबैक और 50 घंटे तक के लिए MP3 playback ऑफर कर सकता है। ये हैंडसेट्स built-in MP3 player के साथ भी आएं है। इन नए फीचर फोन्स में कुछ प्रीलोडेड एप्स उपलब्ध है, इनमें GroupMe by Skype, Facebook, Messenger, and Twitter शामिल है। दोनों हैंडसेट्स Slam technology को सपोर्ट करते हैं, जो किसी भी अन्य Slam-enabled डिवाइस को फाइल्स सेंड और रिसीव करना अलाउ करता है।

कंपनी ने बताया कि उपभोक्ता एक साल के लिए हर महीने एक फ्री Gameloft गेम डाउनलोड कर सकेंगे और दोनों हैंडसेट्स Assassin's Creed Brotherhood or Midnight Pool 3 के साथ प्री-लोडेड हैं। Nokia 222 और इसके डुअल सिम वैरिएंट में बजट फोन्स के लिए लोकप्रिय flashlight feature भी है।

Nokia 222 में 2.4 इंच QVGA (240x320 pixel) एलसीडी डिस्प्ले है, जो पिक्सल डेंसिटी 166ppi देता है, इसमें 2 एमपी का रियर फिक्स्ड-फोकस कैमरा और expandable स्टोरेज है, जिसे माइक्रो एसडी कार्ड के सहारे 32 जीबी तक बढ़ाया जा सकता है। कनेक्टिविटी के लिए जीपीआरएस, ब्लूटूथ वी3.0, माइक्रो-यूएसबी और 3.5एमएम ऑडियो जैक विकल्प उपलब्ध है।

Microsoft ने इस हैंडसेट में 1100mAh की बैटरी लगाई है, इसके लिए दावा किया गया है कि यह 20 घंटे का टॉक-टाइम, 21 दिन का स्टैंडबाय टाइम (dual-SIM model) और 29 दिन का स्टैंडबाय टाइम single-SIM model पर देती है। Nokia 222 का माप 116x50x12.9mm और वजन 79 ग्राम है। Nokia 222 और Nokia 222 Dual SIM दोनों ग्लॉसी ब्लैक और व्हाइट कलर्स में उपलब्ध होंगे।

Nokia C1 Android smartphone

Last year, we came across some leaked images suggesting that Nokia is working on an Android smartphone called C1. Now, fresh rendered images have made its way to Weibo, offering a sneak peek at the alleged Nokia C1.

For months, it’s been speculated that after the non-compete clause in Nokia’s deal with Microsoft expires, the company might be re-entering the smartphone space in 2016. Nokia CEO Rajeev Suri hinted at the possibility as well.

The leaked rendered images of the smartphone show unibody construction with curved edges, but it’s not clear if we are looking at a metal or plastic body. From the images, we can see the front and back cameras, a 3.5mm headphone jack on the top and a USB connectivity port at the bottom. Also, the bezels look super thin.

Based on previous leaks, the Nokia C1 could be mid-range smartphone. It could flaunt a 5-inch HD (1280x720pixels) display, powered by Intel’s Atom chip and paired with 2GB of RAM. Also, the smartphone could house 32GB of onboard storage.

On the photography front, it could sport an 8-megapixel rear snapper with LED flash and a front-facing 5-megapixel selfie camera. Connectivity options such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS are also expected.

Nokia hasn’t officially announced anything and as these are just leaked renders, we advice to take this with a proverbial pinch of salt.
